We grab a cup of tea or coffee for refreshment. The beverage is a somatic stimulant. What about something for your mind? What about a cerebral fare on a typical workday? The wise amongst us would recommend meditation for such a mental recharge. (I do too!) But beyond the reflective moments, it is also important to whittle away from to-do lists, documents, emails and powerpoint presentations and dwell on content that could stimulate your thinking – so that routine or monotony do not dull your decisions. Be it a business thinker or a stay-at-home parent; one needs a small spark from time to time. This blog is written to do just that. It is a cerebral refreshment (break) for dynamic decision makers. It offers bits, bytes, and pixels that could impel, inspire or inform. So, bookmark it! It’ll pair well with your favorite beverage in your break time.
